Return and Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience and offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:


First: Return and Exchange Conditions

  1. Returns and exchanges are free of charge in the event of a manufacturing defect or an order error on our part.
  2. The customer is responsible for shipping costs if there is no manufacturing defect or order error.
  3. Dietary supplements cannot be returned or exchanged to ensure safety and quality.
  4. The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase, in its original packaging, and unused.
  5. Returns are accepted within 3 days and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  6. The customer must contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the shipment to request a return or exchange.
  7. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 21 business days, after deducting any applicable shipping costs.


Second: Order Cancellation Policy

  1. The customer can cancel the order before shipment and receive a full refund, minus the payment gateway fee (1% + 1 SAR).
  2. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or if the customer is late in picking them up from the shipping company.
  3. If the shipment is not received and is returned to us, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.


Third: Shipping and Delivery

  1. The customer must enter their information correctly (name, address, and mobile number) to avoid any delays or additional charges from the shipping company.
  2. It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment status with the shipping company and to ensure timely pickup to avoid return.


Fourth: Order or Shipment Errors

  1. Upon receiving a damaged product, the customer must first notify the shipping company and then contact us immediately so we can take the necessary action.
  2. Jisr Al-Afia Company reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
    1. The product is out of stock.
    2. There is an error in pricing, quantity, or product details.
    3. A technical malfunction occurred while entering product data on the website.
  3. If your order is canceled due to a website error, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 14 business days.
